Having a Facebook page as a business is easy in many industries. This is not surprising because Facebook has 1.37 billion active users worldwide (Status: November 2017), of which more than 30 million are from Germany. This gives companies the great opportunity to position themselves specifically, to increase their awareness and, above all, to interact with their customers.
Then head of to Facebook, right? But a successful page on Facebook requires the willingness to invest time and money regularly (content and advertising). There are also some mistakes you can make. In terms of content, you have to find a healthy balance between entertainment, informative content and offers. The mix makes the site attractive.

Place advertisements / sponsored postings. The range of the contributions of fan pages was extremely limited by Facebook.
Always post in conjunction with a picture or video. Attention is significantly greater with a visual hanger. Avoid just posting texts or links.
